Terms and Conditions – Holah Stays
Effective Date:
These Terms s Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Holah Stays platform and mobile
application (“Holah,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) by both Vendors (hotels and cab operators) and Customers (users booking stays or transport). By accessing or using the Holah platform, you agree to the following:
1. Platform Role
Holah is a neutral platform connecting customers with independent vendors.
Holah does not own, operate, or manage any listed hotel or cab service.
Holah is not a party to any service contract between customers and vendors and holds no responsibility for service execution.
2. Subscription Fee (For Vendors)
Vendors must pay a daily subscription fee to access the platform:
Hotels: ₹99/day
Cab Operators: ₹11/day
This fee provides unlimited bookings with zero commission.
Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable.
3. Refund Policy for Vendors
If a vendor chooses to discontinue services with Holah, a refund request must be made in writing to Holah support.
Refunds are subject to a minimum deduction of 10% as processing and administrative charges.
Any refund amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis from the remaining prepaid subscription days.
Holah reserves the right to reject refund claims in case of:
Policy violations or misconduct,
Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation,
Service abuse or customer complaints.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must:
Provide accurate and updated listings (photos, pricing, services).
Deliver services as promised to customers.
Ensure lawful, hygienic, and customer-safe environments.
Handle all customer complaints, refunds, and cancellations directly.
Holah bears no liability for service disputes, quality issues, or legal non-compliance by vendors.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Review listings carefully before booking.
Respect vendor rules and service terms.
Contact vendors directly for service-related queries or complaints.
Holah is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction or service disputes.
6. Bookings Payment
Holah facilitates bookings but does not hold funds or charge commission.
Payment, refund, and cancellation terms are set individually by vendors and are binding once a booking is made.
7. Dispute Resolution s Liability
Holah is not liable for:
Booking failures or miscommunication,
Service delays, cancellations, or damages,
Legal issues between customers and vendors.
Both parties agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holah from any legal, financial, or reputational claims.
8. Suspension or Termination
Holah reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for vendors or customers who:
Violate terms,
Provide false information,
Engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
No refund will be granted in such cases.
9.Data Privacy
User and vendor data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
Basic information (name, contact details) may be shared between vendors and customers to
complete transactions.
10.Changes to Terms
Holah may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
